I have always had great experience when I bring my daughters puppy to the doctors and or to get groomed. Only one small problem, their is really no one on the floor to help you find things that you need. So I had to go to the cashier. Otherwise thumbs up.
I had a wonderful experience with the Grooming saloon, especially with the groomer Kimberly. I brought my dog first time for her to give him a cut and she did an excellent job on him. The express service is 1 hr or under, price is good for me and I am very pleased with Kim. Very pleasant person. I will be back again and will tell my friend who is looking for a good groomer to bring her dog to Kim. Thanks Kim.
Couldn't find staff ANYWHERE, had to go to the cashier to ask for an assistant. Staff knew nothing about small animal care. She seemed to just want to get rid of the animal. Animal conditions for guinea pigs can be described as poor at best. I feel like I saved this guinea pig from a hell hole. I just hope he's not over-breed enough to live an acceptable amount of time with proper care. Smh
A few vets we have not had great experiences with at the Banfield. PetSmart itself is fine, just pricy.
